Liu Biyuan: throughout the development of equipment technology in the production process of aluminum profile industry, in recent years, the vast majority of equipment manufacturers focus on the research and development of equipment in the pre-treatment process and related production and sales work, while few manufacturers focus on the research and development of equipment in the post process. In particular, the packaging equipment is even weaker. Most of the equipment has been used for more than ten years, and there is no technical breakthrough and improvement. The reason may be that we all think that the packaging work has always been a purely manual problem, which does not need higher technical content. But at present, most of the production enterprises, from the past labor-intensive enterprises to automation, intelligent transformation, the demand for automation equipment is more urgent. In view of the current situation of profile packaging equipment, our company focuses on the research and development of automatic packaging equipment to solve the problems of high labor intensity and low efficiency of packaging workers.
